Weight: 230.2 lbs / 104.4 kg
Neck: 15" / 38.1 cm
Waist: 42.5" / 107.9 cm
Hip: 49.5" / 125.7 cm


Day Seven Stats:

Weight: 224.6 lbs / 101.9 kg
Neck: 15" / 38.1 cm
Waist: 42" / 106.7 cm
Hip: 48.5" / 123.2 cm


The daily updates on this challenge were boring to write. I can only imagine what it was doing to anyone who actually reads my journal. I'm now sticking to a weekly update and review of this exercise video.

I have lost 5.6 lbs/2.54 kg, 1" / 2.54 cm in my hips, and .5" / 1.27 cm in my waist, after seven days of the program.

Yeppers, just one dvd, with three levels (Day 1-10, Day 11-20, Day 21-30.) to choose from.

I picked up a copy for $14 at Target.
